Job Posting:

Urban Health Plan Inc is seeking a Nutritionist for the brand new, state of the art pediatric department. The nutritionist will provide 1-on-1 and group nutrition education/counseling to high-risk patients between the ages of 0-47 months and their families. Provide outreach and therapy to our patients of unhealthy weight and/or chronically ill. Along with working closely with multi-disciplinary team to develop innovative ways to educate patients, including but not limited to participating in food demonstrations.

EDUCATION:  Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Nutrition, NY RD/CDN license required.

 

EXPERIENCE:      Prior relatable experience a plus.

 

SKILLS:                  Flexible hours, Must speak Spanish fluently, highly motivated and great communication skills.
