The Bronx Community Health Network (BCHN), an fed-funded community-based health management company, is collaborating with the Office of the Bronx Borough President, Lehman College, and other networks to discuss social, economic and health disparities, care delivery challenges, post-2015 agenda etc., in a daylong conference on Oct. 30. Keynote Address: Population Health -- Moving Towards Health Equity; With speaker: Michelle S. Davis, PhD., Regional Health Administrator, HRSA Region II (NJ, NY, PR, VI), US Department of Health and Human Services (More information on BCHN and conference are attached.) BCHN is in search of volunteers--who would aid in tasks ranging from registration to presentation of public health issues/finds.
