The Bronx Community Health Network (BCHN), an fed-funded community-based health management company, is collaborating with the Office of the Bronx Borough President, Lehman College, and other networks to discuss social, economic and health disparities, care delivery challenges, post-2015 agenda etc., in a daylong conference on Oct. 30.

BCHN is in search of volunteers--who would aid in tasks ranging from registration to presentation of public health issues/finds. Volunteers will have firsthand experience, an opportunity to collaborate/network with health professionals, community advocates and take part in really interesting dialogue.
