Interested in working with a pediatric population? Want to change the life of someone forever? If so, Camp Shane Weight Loss and Fitness Camps are hiring Nutritionists for the summer of 2015! There are 5 beautiful locations where you may find yourself working this summer. Jut think, you can experience the southern hospitality of Georgia or the ideal weather of sunny southern California while you encourage a successful and positive experience for our campers by joining out team of experts! 

Job Description: Nutritionist
Nutritionist will be responsible for the teaching of nutrition and cooking classes.
Nutritionist will be responsible for writing articles, newsletters and blog posts for the Camp Shane website/weekly newsletter to parents.
Nutritionist will be responsible for completing the weigh in procedures upon campers’ first day arrival, recording campers’ weekly weights, and assessing weight lost while at camp.

Duties of nutritionist during meal times: 
Help the kitchen staff members pass out food (dessert, dressing, etc.).
Be the liaison between campers/staff and the kitchen staff.
Manage special food needs (vegetarian, Kosher, allergies, etc.).
Supervise portion control.
Regulate those campers and staff getting second portions.
Ask kitchen staff for to go boxes.

Qualifications: Nutritionist
We hire graduates, undergraduate college students, coaches, teachers and people who welcome a challenge and have a passion for working with kids.

Counselors will need to display excellent listening and communication skills, dedication, patience, impartiality, and be able to relate to the campers and be a role model. 

Specialist will display coaching or teaching in your specialty area and be able to provide guidance and enthusiasm.
