Responsibilities:

The Nutritionist Assistant will provide nutrition education on a one to one basis and in UHP waiting rooms.  Conduct food demos and conduct farmer’s market walks.  Other outreach activities as needed. High School or GED required.  Some college courses in health promotion and nutrition a plus.  Prior nutrition and health education a plus.  Flexible hours, Must speak Spanish fluently, highly motivated and strong engaging communication skills.
