Nutritionist/CPA2

WIC Program 408 Rockaway Ave, Brooklyn NY 11212

Schedule (Days & Hours):

Full-time/Monday 10am-6pm, Tuesday thru Friday 8am-4pm, One Saturday per month

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

Follow all the State and Local Agency Policies and Procedures. Conduct nutrition risk assessment and determines nutritional risk of WIC participants.  Provides participant-centered nutrition education.  Attends health fairs and other-outreach activities in the community.  Conducts nutrition workshop at special events.

Qualifications Required (Years of Experience, Education, or Special Training):

Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition from an accredited college.  WIC experience preferred.  Willing to travel to other sites.  Ability to work with diverse public.  Spanish speaking in a plus.

Salary Range:

$40,000.00 annually
