Title: Nutritionist
Registered Dietitian (RD) desired to provide 1:1 and group nutrition education/counseling to high-risk patients in an outpatient setting. The nutritionist will be responsible for providing outreach activities and therapy to patients whom
are unhealthy and/or the chronically ill. Populations served range from pediatrics to geriatric age populations and include specific counseling for diabetes management/prevention, hypertension, cardiovascular disease and obesity. The candidate must be able
and willing to work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to develop innovative ways to educate patients, including but not limited to facilitating food demonstrations.
Must be flexible and willing to travel to different site locations. Bilingual in Spanish Required, flexible hours, highly motivated with great communication skills preferred. Must be RD, CDN.
