Are You Sure You are Acting Ethically?

We invite you to join Dianne Polly, a Fifty Plus in Nutrition and Dietetics (FPIND) member, registered dietitian, licensed attorney and past member and chair of the Academy’s ethics committee for a FREE interactive webinar, May 27, 2015 at 3:00 pm ET  /2:00 pm CT/1:00 pm MT/12:00 noon PT.

Dianne will be discussing professional ethics as they relate to a dietetic or food service manager. The Code of Ethics will be used to review the ethical standards for dietetic professionals. Additionally, there will be discussion regarding ethical scenarios that you may experience in dietetic management.

Example: A new local food vendor would like your business. He offers to send your head cook and dietitians some free steaks to sample to see if they could be used in your hospital kitchen. Would you accept them? Why or why not?
