Volunteer with MetaSUB:
Gain research experience and volunteer hours by volunteering with MetaSUB this Summer! MetaSUB: Metagenomics and Metadesign of Subways and Urban Biomes aims to bring a molecular view of our cities to improve their design, use and impact on health. Learn more at http://www.metasub.org/metasub-.html! MetaSUB expands on the PathoMap project lead by Weill Cornell's Research, Dr. Mason, which was published in Cell Systems and gained media coverage by the New York Times and Wall Street Journal. Read more here: http://www.pathomap.org/.

This summer volunteers will help collect samples throughout the NYC's built environment and subway system. The first sampling date will be July 15th, but this is a growing project so even if you are not available this date fill out an interest form to be contacted about future opportunities! All volunteers will be credited in future publications and be invited to MetaSUB training events and conferences. July 15th volunteers will receive a $35 gift card for the day's expenses. Be a part of this innovative and growing research project by signing up to volunteer here:
