Increasing Access to Healthy Beverages

The webinar on Increasing Access to Healthy Beverages will discuss strategies to increase access to healthy beverages in vending machines in accordance with the reducing obesity in children and adults focus area of the NYS Prevention Agenda. Practitioners from Rockland and Orange counties will describe their experiences with increasing access to healthy beverages in public buildings.


After participating in this webinar, you will

  •     Increase your understanding of intervention strategies for promoting water consumption in multiple settings.
  •     Learn how to increase population exposure to messages about healthy beverage consumption.
  •     Learn how local practitioners have used partnerships to implement and sustain vending policy changes.
