The Positive Living Department seeks a Nutritionist to work part-time. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or equivalent, R.D./R.D. Eligible preferred although CDN (Certified Dietitian/Clinical
Nutritionist) is also a permissible credential. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Responsibilities of the nutritionist position include conducting intakes, nutritional assessments and re-assessments, preparing treatment plans, providing nutrition education
groups, individual counseling (with and without supplements) and serving meals. The nutritionist also assists with a food pantry – set-up and clean-up, distribution, storage and record-keeping. Other responsibilities include distribution of Metocards, tracking
the number of meals provided, the number of nutrition education groups conducted and the number of participants in those groups. The nutritionist also enters data on lab results and doctor's visits into the data base. In addition, the nutritionist is responsible
