Nutrition In Motion, P.C. is a private practice in Garden City, NY that is seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian.  Our office is currently in Bethpage but will be moved to Garden City starting the first week of September 2015. This position will be exclusively in our new Garden City location.

Responsibilities include providing one on one nutrition counseling/ medical nutrition therapy to both adult and pediatric patients. 

Training will be provided and case supervision will be offered to promote professional development.

Requirements:

-         Must be a Registered Dietitian

-         Experience in counseling in a private practice setting is a plus 

-         Candidates that have a background in sports nutrition and are comfortable working with athletes are preferred

-         Experience working on eating disorder treatment teams is a plus

-         Applicants must have the flexibility to work evening and morning hours

-         Hours for this job would be weekday evenings (1-3 nights based on availability) and Saturdays from 9:00am-2:00pm.   It is essential that you are available to work Saturdays. Hours could potentially be increased based on RD performance and interest in increasing hours/days.
