Academy Advocates for Improved End Stage Renal Disease Quality Improvement Program The Academy submitted formal comments<http://mailer.eatright.org/t/37276/26226065/49118/45/> urging the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to adopt reasonable quality measures for hypercalcemia and implement a drug designation process that accounts for the unique nature of oral-only drugs in end stage renal disease care. The Renal Dietitians DPG submitted substantial input to ensure the bundle properly accounts for care provided and ensures quality measures reflect the best standards of care. --
