A full-time position for a research administrative coordinator has come open at NYU Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn.  Because one of your students or graduates might be interested in and qualified for such a position, I’m taking the liberty of copying the job description below and attaching it as a file.  If possible, please post it in whatever way is convenient and feel free to pass it on to potential candidates or other colleagues who may know of potential candidates

This position is unique in that it offers the coordinator an opportunity to work on a variety of resident and faculty research projects, and to participate in all aspects of such projects, from project design to manuscript preparation. It may be an especially good fit for someone interested in teaching, as there are opportunities to offer research educational sessions and mentorship to medical students and residents. The job description covers our basic expectations for the position, but we also expect that someone with the skills and interest could have the opportunity to initiate their own research projects with residents and students, or take ownership of other projects.

NYU Lutheran Medical Center is a wonderful place to work, and we thank you for any help you can provide in finding the right person to join our team.

Warm regards,

Kell Julliard, MA
