Position description:  Patient navigators will provide the geriatric clinic with assistance in coordinating patient care and connecting patients with resources. They will get experience working with patients inside a busy clinic environment.

Qualifications:

· Highly motivated, professional students

· 18 years of age

· Available weekdays at least 5-10 hours per week

· 1 year commitment

· Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Bengali is a plus
