The Division of Health Interview Statistics has just released a draft of the 2016 NHIS Survey Questionnaire.
In addition to the NHIS core questionnaires, there are supplemental questions on family disability as well as sample adult functioning and disability. In addition, there are supplemental questions on balance, diabetes, vision, chronic pain, blood donation,
hepatitis b and c screening, food security, enhanced questions on health care access and utilization, immunization, ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease, smokeless tobacco products and e-cigarettes. The web page is
