Breakfast Participation…Can Breakfast in the Classroom Help?

The Food and Research Action Committee released its annual report1 on
February 16th, 2016 comparing school breakfast participation in 73
districts across the country for the 2014-15 school year.  New York City
ranked last, with the lowest breakfast participation rate among low-income
children of any major US city.  NYC has consistently ranked as one of the
lowest performing school districts in FRAC’s reports.
