The brooklyn-based private practice neuroscience clinical group that I work for is looking for assistance with the clerical aspects of neurointerventional medicine. This position involves scribing for doctors, interacting with patients, and working as a team to streamline the process of clinical treatment. Prospective medical students will gain valuable insight into the practical aspects of working in the medical field. They will become intimate with the nuances of diagnosis, treatment, and health insurance while working with a team of highly accomplished doctors and medical professionals.

This is a part-time, paid position that is ideal for someone who has graduated and is taking some time off before applying to medical school. It could also work for someone with a flexible schedule who is in their last year of school.

We are looking for motivated and professional individuals with excellent organizational and communication skills. Adaptability in high-stress environments and strong computer skills are required. Foreign language fluency is a plus, as is experience working with electronic medical record (EMR) software.

Interested applicants can send a CV and cover letter to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> for consideration with the subject line: "Clinical Information Specialist."
