An opportunity to participate in a study being conducted at Brooklyn College for those working in the NYC Hispanic Caribbean community

Hello,

My name is Melissa Fuster, assistant professor at Brooklyn College. The following is to invite you to participate in the research study entitled, "Health, taste and Hispanic Caribbean diets: A comparative analysis of nutrition and culinary experts' perceptions in New York City."

We are looking for nutritionists and dietitians working with Hispanic Caribbean communities (Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and Cuba) in New York City, for a short interview about experiences working with this population. The interview last approximately 30 minutes, and can be done in person or over the phone.

Your participation will be very valuable to us. The results of the study will help improve intervention seeking to improve the health and nutrition outcomes of the population.

If you work with the Hispanic Caribbean and are interested in taking part in this study, please take a minute to complete the following contact form: https://goo.gl/forms/2TbhrV9pkOdxsQH92. We will contact you to set a time to talk at your convenience.

Thank you for your time and please share this invitation with other colleagues working with this community.

Sincerely,

Melissa Fuster, PhD
