I would like to interview 4 students in health profession majors. I am interested in finding out what drives food choice decision making in college students in health professions. These interviews will be used for class purposes only- no
names or identifiers of any kind will be used in my write-up.
I will meet interested students in their neighborhood at the grocery store/supermarket/ deli/ bodega that they usually shop in. I will interview them informally about their food choices as they shop.
This process should take between 15-45 minutes
