The Northeast Regional Alliance (NERA) MedPrep is a free summer enrichment program for under-represented and/or economically disadvantaged college students interested in the medical field.

Students develop key skills and competencies that are important to success on the road to medical school.

The program is a 3 summer commitment for college Freshman and Sophomores:

• MedPrep 1(7weeks) - Students attend science classes, seminars, study sessions and MCAT prep introduction

• MedPrep 2 (6 weeks) - Intensive MCAT Prep and Clinical experience

• MedPrep 3 (6 weeks) - Medical Research experience and data collection
