· Event: SUNY College - Summer Annual Health & Wellness Expo

· When: Saturday, August 5th, 2017, 9 pm – 2 pm

· Where: SUNY College of Optometry University Eye Center, 33 West 42nd Street NY, NY 10036 between 5th and 6th Avenues

· Event Theme: Cardiovascular Diseases and Hands-only CPR

· Expected attendance: 250 people

· Type: Indoors


Tasks & Shifts

• Setting up and breakdown (table materials only)
• Manning of table and handing over literature on cardiovascular health, stroke, healthy food and beverages, and Hands-only CPR. 
• Hands-only CPR training (performed by V. Bory and trained volunteers only) 
• Register/collect participants details (forms provided)
• Shifts: 9am to 12pm, and 12pm to 2pm
