New York City Health and Hospitals is currently seeking a Full Time Dietitian Level III to join our dynamic team at Lincoln (Located in Downtown Bronx, only 1-2 subway stations
away from Manhattan, 2 minutes walking time to the hospital from the subway station), a full service acute care hospital and one of the Premier Trauma Centers in the country. The Dietitian Level III will work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare team
to provide Medical Nutrition Therapies which are consistent with the hospital policy and in accordance with the requirements of The Joint Commission, CMS and other regulatory agencies to inpatient units. This inpatient care is integrated and compatible with
the patient focused medical goals and objectives. Primary responsibilities includes but are not limit to: perform nutrition assessment, diagnose nutrition-related problems, implement appropriate interventions, evaluate the outcomes of interventions, provide
education to patients/caregivers/family and attend interdisciplinary team rounds. You will also have the opportunity to be a part of quality assurance project to make department/hospital better, educate colleagues and act as a mentor to dietetic interns, students
and Dietitian Level I and II. Minimum Qualifications: Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) as a Registered Dietitian (RD) required. Master's degree in a healthcare related filed OR Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetic plus Certification
