Join us for a talk on Interventional Radiology with Dr. Anne Covey and Dr. Lynn Brody
Anne Covey, M.D. is known locally and nationally for her research in diseases of the liver. Her clinical and research interests include treatment of tumors in the liver using embolization and ablation as well as biliary interventions, including cholangiography, biliary drainage, and internal stents. She has been named a Top Doctor in the New York metro area by Castle Connolly. Dr. Covey attended Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and completed her residency and fellowship at Yale-New Haven Hospital. She is board certified in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology.

Lynn Brody, M.D. is a board certified Diagnostic Radiology, Vascular & Interventional Radiology. She performs a wide variety of interventional radiology procedures for cancer patients, including needle biopsy, placement of venous access devices, and the placement of long-term catheters to manage fluid around the lungs or in the abdomen. She has particular expertise in treating patients with complex biliary obstruction, such as obstruction of the kidneys/urinary tract and the bile ducts. She spearheaded MSK’s program using radioembolization to treat liver tumors. She has worked with our Behavioral Science Service to help teach the fellows skills to improve communication with patients. Dr. Brody attended New York University School of Medicine, completed her residency at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center and he fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and The New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center.
