You
will learn the
scope
and process
of
outpatient
visits
while creating
an excellent
experience
for
patients/visitors
through
service,
communication
& empathy.
Engage
with both
clinical
&
non-clinical
staff.
•
Providing
an
exceptional
first
impression
and warm
welcome
to
all patients
and visitors
•
Attending
to
the
most
high volume
areas
of
the hospital
to
help navigate
patients
and visitors
throughout
its premises
•
Build
close
relationships
with other
departments
and collaborate
with respective
areas
to
accommodate
patient’s
needs.
•
Attending
to
patient/visitor
questions
or
concerns
and notifying
staff
with any
complaints
and issues
•
Rounding
areas
for
uncertain/lost
patients
who
need assistance
•
Escorting
patients
in
wheelchairs
to
and from
their appointments
if needed.
