PA Mihelis earned her PA degree at Touro College. She has worked as a clinical PA for the Pediatric/Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Jamaica hospital. She has also worked at North Shore Manhasset as a Surgical PA in the Adults/Pediatrics/Trauma/Thoracic/General followed by Intensive Care Unit. PA Mihelis has also earned her MBA at Hofstra in Health Administration. She has worked at LIJ in the Cardiac Valve Clinic running a Cardiac Valve Program and currently works at Lenox Hill. She is now the Director Research for Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery at Lenox Hill. She also conducts medical missions for children requiring cleft lip/palate repair.
