MCAT Prep Tips

Focus on Reasoning
Focus on the facts and you will definitely get some marks on the real MCAT exam. However, if you focus on and master the reasoning, you’ll get an MCAT score good enough for the medical school of your choice.

MCAT Study Schedule
We believe that the best preparation is one where you spend 1/3 of your time completing your review; 1/3 of your time completing practice questions to confirm your understanding; and finally, 1/3 of your time completing full-length MCAT practice tests to integrate and apply your learning under timed conditions. Each stage must include time to take very brief notes which you review several times each week. Click here: MCAT Study Schedule

Take Breaks
Studies have shown that taking breaks improves focus and memory. A recommended 10-minute break for every hour of studying may include taking a walk, stretching, tidying up, cooking or meditation.
