The Summer Clinical Oncology Research Experience (SCORE) is an eight-week program offered to women undergraduates and post-baccalaureate students at the City College of New York and Hunter College. The goal of the program is to encourage the participation of women in clinical cancer research. 

FRESHMEN AND POST-BACCALAUREATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!

 

Each student in the program will:

·        Gain research experience mentored by MSK faculty and interacting with MSK staff

·        Attend institutional/departmental conferences as determined by the student and her mentor.

·        Participate in weekly educational lecture sessions.

·        Present their summer research to SCORE peers and mentors at a seminar-style session during the final week of the program.

·        Receive a $2500 stipend.

 

Program Dates:
Monday, 6/4/18 – Friday, 7/27/18 (Monday – Friday, full-time)

 

Location:
Memorial Sloan Kettering, 1275 York Avenue (between 67th and 68th streets)

 

Eligibility:
The program is open to undergraduate and post-baccalaureate women who are students at Hunter College.  Freshmen and under-represented diverse students are encouraged to apply.
