Candidates should have an excellent academic record in subjects related to Computer Science, Statistics, Biology, or Bioinformatics. Specific requirements include: ● BA, BS, MS or PhD in computer science, biology, bioinformatics, or a related computational discipline ● Experience with R or Python or proven fluency with other programming languages ● Comfortable with the Linux command line Preferred but not required skills include: ● Prior experience with genomic data analysis ● Familiarity with source/version control tools ● Strong interest in data visualization This full-time position could begin immediately or in the summer of 2018 with a minimum of a two-year commitment highly preferred.
