At Rescuing Leftover Cuisine, we aim to feed the hungry and reduce food waste. To connect food providers to the hungry of New York City, we need all the help we can get.
I’d like to offer you the opportunity to join the RLC family and become a Lead Rescuer.
Being a Lead Rescuer is a steady hour-a-week, 3+ month leadership/volunteering commitment.
Once you attend orientation and a brief training session, you can select the food rescue event that best fits your schedule and location.
You can take charge of multiple events per week, and (preferably) stay past three months.
Letters of recommendation are offered!
