THE ROLE:


Join an early stage, rapidly growing fashion startup selling real stuff that users happily pay for. We're looking for a Style & Merchandise Manager to be our Executive Creative Director¡¯s RHP {right©\hand person}.


You will help the ECD lead our Style team and whip our inventory into shape by supporting the development and execution of merchandise strategies and assortment plans based on user feedback and preferences. This is not the average 9©\to©\5 job, but if you are the kind of person who is willing do whatever it takes to keep the wheels moving {because that's what we all do and that's what makes startups awesome}, we want you!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE {BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO}:


¡ñ Develop strategies with ECD to maximize opportunities in our inventory

¡ñ Work collaboratively with Style team to ensure cohesiveness of total product offering

¡ñ Lead in cross©\functional capacity to execute against departmental strategies

¡ñ Support and nurture the education, development, and growth of our Style team

¡ñ Establish and foster vendor relationships in a way that is consistent with Bombfell¡¯s values

¡ñ Actively and responsibly assist ECD in managing Open©\To©\Buy

¡ñ Analyze selling and user data to inform future purchases and react in season to sales trends

¡ñ Oversee online content for items; select photos, write and edit descriptions

¡ñ Coordinate and support development of SMUs (exclusive styles)

¡ñ Troubleshoot and resolve receiving and logistics issues with our warehouse and Operations team

¡ñ Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross©\functional teams


REQUIREMENTS:


¡ñ Bachelor¡¯s Degree in relevant course of study highly preferred

¡ñ 3©\5 years of men¡¯s fashion experience highly preferred

¡ñ Be able to work at Bombfell¡¯s New York, NY HQ and be eligible to work in the U.S.

¡ñ Must be tech©\savvy and have Excel and PC proficiency, Adobe Creative Suite a plus!
