Bilingual Reading 



Two major Puerto Rican writers—the novelist, essayist, and playwright
Sánchez (Macho Camacho’s Beat; La importancia de ser llamado Daniel Santos)
and poet and novelist Santos-Febres (Sirena Selena; Nuestra Señora de la
noche)—present their latest fiction. Alfred J. Mac Adam and Maja Horn, of
Barnard College, will read translations of the authors’ work. Reception to
follow.
 


 


 


This event takes place at Americas Society and is free, open to the public
and wheelchair accessible.
