For Intake Case Manager bachelors degree preferred but not required as long as they have relevant experience.

For Care Manager: Degree in Human Services or related field year or High School or GED graduate plus 3 years experience in social or human services working case work with the chronically ill, persons with HIV/AIDS, the elderly, persons with a history of mental illness, homelessness or chemical dependence or equivalent experience.
