Hi friends and colleagues-

Passing along two great paid opportunities for Spanishspeaking students you might know interested in working in a health care setting. Please pass along to anyone you know who may be interested.

1. Attached is a grant-funded part-time position working with Bellevue’s Reach Out and Read pediatric literacy program. This is the program that got me started in public health.

2. Below is a description for a paid intern to work with me and my team at DOHMH to assist with patient telephone recruitment for an NIH funded study of diabetes self-management support. Would be a good fit for a student of public health, psychology, social work, or any other pre-health professions major. This will be through the DOHMH HRTP program. Feel free to connect anyone interested to me at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>

Thanks and Happy New Year!
