Qualifications:

*         A Master's or Doctoral degree in human nutrition, epidemiology, health policy, behavioral science, anthropology, health communication, or a related public health discipline received within the last five years.

*         Experience in maternal and child health and a demonstrated interest in breastfeeding/human lactation is highly desired.

*         The following are beneficial, but not required: interest in behavioral, environmental, and policy aspects of breastfeeding; familiarity with policy and environmental change strategies that address nutrition, physical activity or obesity; experience working in nutrition, physical activity, and/or obesity; experience in state or local health department or other public health agency; and expertise in communication, coordination, and collaboration with diverse partners.
