HeiTech is seeking a Program Analyst, focusing on Hispanic/Latino American populations, to manage and administer capacity building programs, grant awards, as well as provide technical assistance to agencies and organizations that focus on health awareness and health disparities. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in working across federal agencies. S/He will be able to think strategically, collaborate effectively, and manage operations efficiently. S/he will be a strong communicator with excellent business sense; an innovator who understands health program, operations, and strategy in progressive nonprofit environments. B.S./B.A. or equivalent experience required. Graduate degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience in developing and implementing awareness and outreach programs. 5+ yrs experience in program delivery and/or program administration with focus on minority communities.
