BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a strong Associate to be a part of our Hackensack pediatric specialty office, servicing clients in Bergen and Hudson counties. Due to an outstanding reputation for clinical excellence, the office has grown exponentially since opening in 2009 and currently cares for over 100 clients. In this role, you will learn how to staff and manage cases, facilitate payroll, recruit field staff, and become a trusted resource for families and referral sources.

Responsibilities:

BAYADA Pediatrics, a specialty of BAYADA Home Health Care, is seeking a professional, responsible and dedicated individual to coordinate home care services for our pediatric clientele. This position will be located in our growing Hackensack Pediatric office.

Specific responsibilities include: receiving and processing requests for home care services, scheduling caregivers, coaching and supervising field staff, addressing customer service issues, billing for services and processing weekly payroll. Relationship building with clients, their families, medical personnel, referral sources and other community resources is of key importance. Additional responsibilities include all aspects of the recruiting process: creating and posting ads, interviewing direct care-givers, conducting background and reference checks, and maintaining personnel files.

The successful candidate must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and possess the desire to build a career within the office and the company. You must possess the ability to multi-task and problem solve in a very fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Exceptionally strong work ethic
* Team player with an "all hands on deck" attitude
* Organized/able to multitask
* Bilingual Spanish a plus (but not required)
