Community partners involved in collaborations with New York City' Clinical and Translational Science Awardees -academic partners - to share experiences, articulate priorities for practice, research and policy development.

This conference will examine and address the challenges and issues the community partners face and enhance their knowledge and skills while simultaneously contribute to building a national community partner network that facilitates ongoing shared learning, mentoring and professional development.
