SENIOR NUTRITION ASSISTANT Responsible for nutritional counseling to clients who have chronic illness. Complete intakes, comprehensive nutritional assessments and treatment plans using the SMART format. Also must conduct groups on nutrition education and participate in the planning of meals served at the Soup Kitchen. Must be able to work in fast pace environment and as part of a team. Good communication and computer skills a must. BA/BS required with nutritional counseling experience or certificate. REGISTERED DIETICIAN Position requires working out of a site that operates a food pantry and soup kitchen on Staten Island. Responsibilities include developing nutritional treatment plans and nutritional comprehensive assessments for clients with chronic physical illness. Need to work on electronic health record. Strong communication skills a must.
