We invite you to attend the Council of Renal Nutrition 8th Annual Meeting on Thursday, May 17th 2012 at the Clarion Hotel in Batavia. --Right off the NYS thruway (90)



This signature conference features cutting-edge topics of interest in chronic kidney disease. This year's topics includes palliative care; sleep and nutritional issues; malnutrition; and the importance of phosphorus. There will also be a talk on motivational interviewing.



Networking opportunities abound for dietitians and health professionals. Participants from Western New York in many roles of health care practice are in attendance. Our sponsors will be available in an exhibit setting. Flyers outlining the National Kidney Disease Education Program - Chronic Kidney Disease Management free on-line course will be provided.



Five Continuing Professional Educational credits will be offered. Each participant will receive a complimentary gift.
