Calling All Nutrition Professionals: Opportunity to Give HHS Feedback on DGA 2015 Materials



CommunicateHealth is working closely with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to develop tools and messages that will help you and other professionals understand and use the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2015 (DGA 2015).



If you’re a point of care professional or program planner/evaluator whose work relates to nutrition, health and wellness, or chronic disease prevention, we’d like to get your feedback. By participating in our online survey, you can help make sure the DGA 2015 materials are relevant to you and your work.

The survey asks a series of screening questions to determine if you’re eligible. You can take the survey only once. If you wish, you can begin the survey and return to it at a later time. We estimate the survey will take no more than 10 minutes.
