The Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) was signed into law in early 2011. New rules have recently been proposed to address preventive controls and establish science-based standards for growing, harvesting, packing, and holding produce.

This program will feature a discussion between a panel of experts and an open forum to review the new rules and challenges in implementing the Act.
