Subject: FW: The Community Health Practicum at the Institute for Family Health

Good Morning All,
This year, the Institute is piloting The Community Health Practicum (CHP). We are currently recruiting for 15 CHP positions and would love your help spreading the word!
Please share this information with your networks and any young people you know looking for health care experience or a part time (3 days/week) position while in school.
About The Community Health Practicum (CHP):

  * CHP is designed for young people interested in gaining clinical hands-on experience while exploring career paths in healthcare.

  * Participants will be compensated with a modest hourly rate and monthly professional development trainings in exchange for working 3 days a week (September through July).

  * The program will focus heavily on professional and personal development of members, and we hope to attract applicants thinking about medical school, taking prerequisites for advanced practitioner school, preparing to enter school for their MSW or MPH, etc.

  * The full description is attached, and more information can also be found on the Institute's website here<http://www.institute.org/training-careers/the-community-health-practicum/> or at idealist here<http://www.idealist.org/view/internship/x8DkP4K6778d/>.

  * Interested applicants should send their cover letter and resume to Katrina Organ at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> with "Community Health Practicum" in the subject line.

Thank you,

Katrina Organ
