In order to provide effective treatment and preventive services, practitioners need to address the variety of physical, emotional and social issues that EDs arise from. This introductory course is designed to provide participants with a broad overview of EDs, their prevention and treatment. Participants will be expected to engage in discussion about readings, movies, and lectures and give short presentations at each class meeting.
