SOCIAL ACTIVISM and SOCIAL POLICY IN ISRAEL
Offered by the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter
College
also available to CUNY School of Public Health Students as
an elective
· yOU WILL BE participating with graduate studenT
faculty and advocates in both countries
This is an elective 3 credit course beginning
February 2012 which will meet once a month at
Silberman and culminate in a 10 day (9 night) trip
that includes seminars, lectures, field visits,
special events.
It may also be possible to sign up as an independent
study
Tentative dates: MAY 27 – JUNE 6, 2012
Tentative Costs: $ 1600. Plus air travel, (Includes hotel
with breakfast, special events, fees, all local travel)
