Subject: CUNYfirst Service Alert: Scheduled Maintenance Reminder for October 27 through October 29.
Colleagues,
Just a reminder of CUNYfirst maintenance and changes that will occur starting October 27 through October 29.
· Starting Friday morning, October 27, users will log in to CUNYfirst, CUNYsmart and Virtual Bookstore using the new CUNY Login page and their CUNY Login credentials: CUNYfirst username followed by @login.cuny.edu and CUNYfirst password. Students and faculty members accessing Blackboard, DegreeWorks and FACTS already use CUNY Login credentials and the CUNY Login page.
CUNY Login FAQs<http://www2.cuny.edu/about/administration/offices/cis/cuny-login-faq#cuny_login> are available from the CUNY Login. (See attached document to see what the new CUNYfirst login screen will look like.)
· At 10pm, Friday, October 27, through 11am, Sunday, October 29, CUNYfirst will NOT be available due to a scheduled System Software Upgrade.
