Subject: Recipe analysis



Hunter nutrition alumna Joanne Tehrani is looking for someone to analyze recipes for food companies and trade associations using their own ESHA software (or something similar). Pay per recipe. Some of the recipes are complicated and have ingredients that might not be in the software database. This would require the candidate to manually look up the ingredients and nutrition facts label and input them in to the software.
