10:30 am: “Nutrition and Your Skin,” Jennifer Burris MS, RD, CNSC, CSSD, CDE, CSG and Doctoral Candidate in Nutrition, New York University
Interested in learning about the relationship between your dietary intake and how it can affect your skin? Join us in discovering the relationship between medical nutrition therapy and acne pathogenesis.
11:45 am: “Using Exercise as Medicine,” Dr. Jordan Metzl Hospital for Special Surgery, NYC
Discover the secrets of using exercise to treat illness, prevent disease, and how to set goals to motivate your patients! You will learn about the impact of wellness on the body and how to use exercise as your own medicine.

1:45 pm: “Blenderized Feeding,” Julia Driggs RD, LDN, CNSC The Children’s Hospital Of Philadelphia
What would you put into your body if taste didn't matter? Learn about the advantages of blenderized tube feeds along with how to create recipes for optimal nutrition.

• $95 Student Non-members (includes 2015-2016 GNYDA Student Membership fee)
5 CPEU’s have been requested
Registration fee includes brunch and light refreshments. Registration will only be accepted with payment.
GNYDA reserves the right to return registration once capacity has been reached. On-site registration (add
$20), space permitting. A portion of the registration fee will be donated to the Academy of Nutrition and
Dietetics Foundation.
