Sodexo is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager to come join their dynamic team at Lincoln Medical Center, part of the NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation located in Downtown Bronx. This 340 bed Community hospital offers a variety of services; including but not limited to peds, maternity, and behavioral health. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Dietitian with a minimum of 2 years clinical & management experience, as well as experience working with unions. Major responsibilities include:
* Oversight of the clinical nutrition program including standards, specialty programs, policies and procedures
* Management of 6 inpatient Dietitians & 4 Diet Office personnel, including performance, hiring, and training
* Responsible for regulatory and accreditation preparation and readiness
* Manage and implement process improvement programs
* Represent nutrition services on interdisciplinary committees through the hospital.
