Hi to all,

I just wanted to offer you a quick update about the newest developments for the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2015 edition. The last meeting of the DGAC was on December 15th, and they covered much of what will be submitted to the USDA and HHS. Want to see what they talked about?

I've got you covered!

In the latest post, Dietary Guidelines News Update<https://foodandhealth.com/dietary-guidelines-news-update/>, you can see the highlights of the latest meeting and find out what this all means to you as a health educator. There's also a collection of brand-new charts and graphs and a guide to the science behind the guidelines. Walk step-by-step through each section the DGAC discussed and get links to view the webcast and submit comments online<https://foodandhealth.com/dietary-guidelines-news-update/>.

There is a handout quiz, "Are You Following the Guidelines?" Use it to help your clients see if they are following the basics of a healthy diet and lifestyle and to help them learn more about the Dietary Guidelines for Americans.
