Staff Associate (Bionutirion Research Dietitian) Full-Time

Experience and Qualifications:
        A bachelor's degree or higher and four years of experience is required.

Working experience as a Dietetic professional preferred, preferably in a research setting.

Master's degree in Nutrition is preferred.

Candidates should possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills. Master's degree is preferred.
Responsibilities:
        The Irving Institute for Clinical and Translational Research is currently accepting applications for a Staff Associate in the Bionutrition Unit of the Institute's Clinical Research Resource.

The Staff Associate will assist in the development and implementation of nutrition-related research studies, with attention to the latest nutrition research and formal recommendations; develop nutrient-controlled menus, recipes, and formulae; develop nutrition education materials; and provide individualized nutritional care and education within the scope of research protocols; analyze dietary intake, maintain study data; and monitor and evaluate outcome of care/services provided.

The Staff Associate will participate in continuous quality improvement activities, act as a preceptor to visiting nutrition students, and perform other duties as assigned.
